Enroute Guesthouse & Bistro

Built in 2003 and located on the N52 midway between Birr and Kilcormac in rural surrounds, this stone edifice incorporates a bistro, full bar, and seven ensuite bedrooms, including accommodation for the physically impaired.

Combining elegance, with excellence in accommodation, cuisine and customer service, Enroute also welcomes guests with small children. Enjoy outdoor barbeques, or have a traditional Irish or continental breakfast served on our rooftop or ground floor patios as you gaze towards the Slieve Bloom mountains.

A warm welcome is assured at Enroute, which has extensive free parking available for patrons and guests. For those using public transport, due to its prime location (on a National Secondary Route) access is simple by bus - Kearns Bus www.kearnstransport.com travel to and from Dublin city centre daily and Bus Eireann www.corasiompaireireann.ie also offer a daily bus and rail service. Enroute/ Fivealley is an official bus stop off point while trains operate to Tullamore town only.

Enroute offers visitors the choice of Bistro or casual dining in the bar where hot food is served throughout the day. Why not stay over, join in the local "craic" and experience fine foods and wines in our fully licensed premises in mid Ireland.
